Yep we have gales and torrential rain
hey I love it
great excuse to stay in doors
doing some mooching
doing some yarn lusting
[only window shopping though]
preparing the fire to light later
just about to put the 2nd spool on my wheel for my luscious lilacs fibre
going knit to the toe of said secret project
then settle in for an afternoon of comfort fibre fun
even have a new novel, its about Chritsmas!!
yeah
bring it on.......

Dont tell anyone but my super secret project is almost done....

cant tell you a darn thing about it

but its a christmas stocking.....................

have had so much fun knitting it..

made real stupid mistake though and had to rip loads

forgot to shape the blooming heel

never mind the end is almost nigh

it will be there to hang on christmas eve

There it goes again!!

So I have lost another 7 days !!
life is just such a motorway..
full on in 1 direction, with no deviations in between!!
Work has been hectic,
life has been hectic
junior is causing some concern
may have to take a right turn down the diagnosis road
serious concerns that his Asperger tendencies are becoming more pronounced, so like his cousins!!
Hubby and I have some real work to do here I think...
Its strange I know what to do and have no hesitation in doing it in a work environment, but when it comes to your own ,different story!!
I suppose at work there is no emotion involved, but with junior, there is obviously is..
I have I think been impersonating an emu..

so head out of sand time
going to look at some social stories for him and go speak to the ed' psych' and see what they have to offer, but going on past performance, its not going to be much...

on the fibre front..
have managed a little spinning, and have had a real bad case of startitis on the knitting front...
trouble is sorted my stash and those wonderful yarns are calling me...
Christmas gift knitting?
hah.. not going to happen me thinks....
and anyway
why would I want to give them my glorious yarns!!

They are beautiful glass beads in delicate pinks with blk, pink & green beads.
